Role Description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager & Content Creator for a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Daily tasks include developing and executing content strategies, creating engaging posts, optimizing outreach through Social Media Optimization (SMO), and collaborating with teams to align messaging. The role requires creativity, organization, and effective communication skills to represent our vision and mission through impactful content.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in the same domain
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills to engage audiences effectively
• Experience in Content Strategy and Writing
• Creative mindset with the ability to plan and execute engaging content
• Proven organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure digital performance
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus
