Social Media Manager - Client Servicing

We are looking for a high-energy, dual-threat Social Media Manager. You aren't just a content posteryou are a strategist who understands how to marry organic creativity with Paid Media precision. This role is central to our agency, requiring you to bridge the gap between our creative team and our clients. You will be the voice of the agency to the client and the voice of the brand to the audience.

• Performance & Paid Media: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive measurable ROI for our clients.
• Client Servicing: Act as the lead point of contact for clients. Translate their business vision into digital strategies and present performance reports with clarity and confidence.
• Content Strategy & SMO: Develop and oversee end-to-end content calendars. Ensure all accounts are optimized (SMO) for maximum organic reach and brand authority.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our video production and design teams to ensure social content is thumb-stopping and aligned with brand goals.
• Analytics & Insights: Monitor KPIs, track campaign performance using advanced analytics tools, and provide data-backed recommendations for growth.
  

• The Strategist: You have a deep understanding of Social Media Marketing and how algorithms work in 2026.
• The Communicator: Exceptional writing and verbal skills. You can pitch a creative idea to a client and handle feedback with professionalism.
• The Executor: Experience in developing Content Strategies that aren't just fluff but actually convert.
• The Industry Pro: 2+ years of experience in an advertising or media agency (preferred).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
