Job Description

Social Media Strategy & Execution(1-2 Years)

Plan and execute organic social media strategies aligned with brand and client objectives

Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)

Develop and maintain content calendars for multiple clients and brands

Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and global content formats

AI-Powered Content Development & Automation

Use AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, hashtag research, content repurposing, and workflow optimization

Explore, test, and adopt new AI tools to improve content efficiency and scalability

Automate repetitive processes such as scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking

Ensure AI-assisted content aligns with brand voice, cultural context, and client expectations

Design & Creative DevelopmentCreate engaging static posts, carousels, and short-form video content

Use AI-assisted design and editing tools to speed up creative production

Maintain brand consistency across visuals, tone, and messaging

Experiment with creative formats based on platform and regional audience behavior

Client Communication & Account Handling

Act as a point of contact for assigned clients for social media-related activities

Coordinate with clients to understand brand goals, content requirements, and feedback

Present content plans, calendars, and performance reports to clients

Handle revisions, approvals, and timelines professionally

Communicate clearly with international clients across different time zones

International Market ExperienceCreate and manage content tailored for international audiences

Adapt content tone, messaging, and visuals based on regional and cultural nuances

Understand global social media trends and platform usage differences

Collaborate with internal teams to execute region-specific content strategies

Performance Tracking & OptimizationMonitor and analyze social media performance metrics

Provide insights and optimization recommendations to clients

Conduct creative testing to improve engagement and growth

Prepare regular performance and activity reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in social media marketing or content management

Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience working with international clients or markets

Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools with openness to exploring new platforms

Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual sense

Basic knowledge of video editing for short-form content

Preferred Qualifications

Agency experience handling multiple client accounts

Experience working with global brands or cross-border teams

Knowledge of content automation workflows

Understanding of performance-driven content strategies
