This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, based in Bhubaneswar. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing social media strategies to effectively engage the audience and build the brand's online presence. Daily tasks include curating compelling content, optimizing posts for social media platforms, analyzing the performance of campaigns, and fostering community engagement through effective communication. The role also involves ensuring brand compliance, staying updated with social media trends, and collaborating with the broader marketing team.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy development and Writing
• Excellent Communication capabilities for community engagement and collaboration
• Experience managing various social media platforms and analyzing performance metrics
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and audience engagement
• Familiarity with design tools and basic graphic creation is a plus
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
