This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Bhubaneswar. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand presence and engagement. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, optimizing social media channels for maximum reach and performance, analyzing metrics to refine strategies, and managing communication with the online community. The role also involves collaborating with other teams to craft compelling content that aligns with the brand's identity.

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze metrics and develop data-driven improvements
• Familiarity with design and video editing tools is a plus
• Knowledge of home decor or related industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
