Job Description

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across digital platforms. This role will be responsible for developing content strategies, building brand awareness, driving audience engagement, and supporting business growth through impactful social media campaigns.

The ideal candidate combines storytelling, creativity, analytics, and platform expertise to create meaningful connections with target audiences while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Create monthly and quarterly content calendars across social platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to grow brand visibility, audience engagement, and community reach.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media best practices.

Content Creation & Management

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, videos, reels, stories, carousels, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers, content writers, videographers, and marketing teams to develop high-quality content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
  • Optimize content based on audience behavior and platform performance.

Community Management

  • Manage day-to-day social media interactions and audience engagement.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and nurture online communities to strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and address reputation-related concerns proactively.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Work with marketing teams to support product launches, employer branding, lead generation, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and social partnerships where applicable.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor key social media metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, traffic, and conversions.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze audience insights and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use data to improve content strategy and overall social media performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, branding, sales, HR, recruitment, and leadership teams.
  • Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and corporate communication initiatives.
  • Align social media efforts with broader business and marketing goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands, agencies, or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Experience creating engaging content and managing social media campaigns.
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign optimization.
  • Experience in employer branding, B2B marketing, or corporate communications.
  • Familiarity with graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools.
  • Exposure to SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
