Job Description

Industry & Sector: Talent development and career services (career-tech) operating in the candidate acquisition, employer branding, and learning-for-work space. We run high-impact social campaigns to build brand awareness, community growth, and candidate pipelines across India. This role is on-site in India and focuses on hands-on content, campaign execution and channel growth.

About The Opportunity

Join a fast-moving team that crafts data-driven social strategies to attract early-career talent, engage employer partners, and amplify thought leadership. You will own creative execution across organic and paid channels, translate business goals into measurable social outcomes, and collaborate with design, growth, and recruitment teams to scale impact.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel-specific social strategies (LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, TikTok) to drive awareness, engagement and candidate conversions.
  • Create and manage an editorial calendar; produce short-form video, carousel, and static assets tailored for each platform.
  • Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns with clear KPIs (CPL, CTR, reach), including audience segmentation and creative testing.
  • Monitor performance using analytics (GA4, platform insights); translate data into weekly action plans and iterative creative improvements.
  • Lead community engagement and social listening; respond to audience feedback and escalate opportunities to partnerships or hiring teams.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain brand voice, asset pipelines, and campaign timelines; document playbooks for repeatable activations.

Additional Qualifications

  • Proven portfolio of social campaigns with measurable results (engagement, reach, or conversions) for B2C or employer-brand initiatives.
  • Comfort working on-site in India and collaborating cross-functionally with product, design and recruitment teams.
  • Strong copywriting for social and familiarity with platform best-practices and trends in the Indian market.
