Role Overview
We're looking for a Social Media Manager who is excited about content, branding, and growth. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants to learn by doing and grow alongside an early-stage startup.
If you are already creating content on Instagram or LinkedIn (or aspire to become an influencer), this role is especially for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow Calyp's LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram accounts
- Ideate, create and post engaging content for the SM channels (text, carousels, videos)
- Maintain a consistent brand tone through different channels
- Engage with comments, DMs, and relevant communities
Content & Campaigns
- Help ideate content around tech, startups, innovation, and product launches
- Support campaign planning (launch posts, engaging content, updates)
Newsletters & Community
- Assist in drafting and sending monthly/bi-monthly newsletters
- Coordinate content from founders, product, and research updates
- Develop and manage communities in Discord and other channels
Marketing & Sales Support
- Help prepare simple marketing material (presentations, one-pagers, outreach messages)
- Support lead lists, basic CRM updates, or outreach coordination (training provided)
Who We're Looking For
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Comfortable using Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Enthusiastic about community development and management
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable
Big Plus If You:
- Are a content creator or influencer(any niche is okay)
- Have managed a page, club account, or personal brand before
- Understand reels, trends, hooks, and engagement
- Are curious about startups, tech, or innovation
No prior corporate experience is required.
