We're expanding our online presence and looking for acreative, trend-savvy Social Media Managerto take charge of our digital storytelling and grow our community across platforms.

We're looking for aSocial Media Managerwho can lead Calfnero's social presence acrossInstagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.

You'll be responsible for developing creative ideas, managing shoots, editing engaging reels, coordinating influencer collaborations, and running impactful campaigns that reflect the brand's identity.

• Develop monthly content strategies and campaign ideas aligned with brand goals.
• Handle product and lifestylephoto/video shoots from concept to execution.
• Edit reels and short-form videosfor social media using mobile or desktop tools.
• Create visually appealing content usingCanvaand other editing apps.
• Coordinate and manageinfluencer collaborations outreach, communication, and brief creation.
• Write and shareinfluencer briefsfor campaigns and barter collaborations.
• Stay updated with thelatest social media trends, audios, and formatsto keep the brand relevant.
• Plan and schedule content calendars forInstagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
• Track and report social media performance, engagement, and growth metrics.

• 13 years of experience managing social media or working with influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding ofInstagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest algorithms.
• Skilled invideo editing apps (CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.)and Canva.
• Excellent eye for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling.
• Comfortable managing shoots and working with photographers, models, or creators.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Creative, proactive, and passionate about fashion and digital media.
