Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager & Brand Strategist, based in Gurugram. The role involves creating and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scheduling social media posts, developing and optimizing content strategies, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms. The role also includes monitoring analytics, identifying trends, engaging with online audiences, and implementing effective social media optimization (SMO) techniques to enhance overall performance. Collaboration with the marketing team and other stakeholders is a key element of this position.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and platform management
  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences
  • Experience in creating and implementing effective Content Strategies
  • Proficiency in Writing, including strong copywriting and editing abilities
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and improve performance
  • Creative thinking with the ability to align digital campaigns with broader brand goals
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and platform-specific best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
