WE'RE HIRING — SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Bohame is looking for a creative and culturally aware Social Media Manager who understands fashion, visual storytelling and the art of building a distinctive brand online.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Dhanmill store in Chhatarpur, New Delhi.

Your role will include:

• Planning and managing content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms

• Creating engaging reels, stories, posts and behind-the-scenes content

• Developing strong visual and written narratives around our collections, craftsmanship and brand philosophy

• Shooting and editing content using a smartphone or camera

• Writing captions that reflect Bohame's refined and contemporary voice

• Creating a monthly content calendar and maintaining a consistent posting schedule

• Covering store activities, new launches, fittings, shoots and celebrity appearances

• Coordinating with designers, photographers, models and influencers

• Monitoring trends, engagement and content performance

• Building an active and meaningful online community

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a strong visual eye and genuine interest in fashion

• Understands Instagram aesthetics, reels and current social media formats

• Can independently conceptualise, shoot and edit content

• Has good writing and storytelling skills

• Is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment

• Has working knowledge of Canva and editing apps such as CapCut, InShot or Adobe tools

• Can work full-time from our Dhanmill store

Prior experience with a fashion, lifestyle or luxury brand will be preferred. A strong portfolio and creative instinct matter more than formal qualifications.
