Role Overview

BLive is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and scale the company's social media presence. The role will focus on creating engaging content, growing online communities, collaborating with influencers and brands, and positioning BLive as a leader in EV mobility and a great place to work.

The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and passionate about building strong digital communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Social Media Management

• Plan and execute social media content strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
• Create engaging posts including videos, stories, reels, and campaigns that build brand awareness.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent posting.

Performance Tracking

• Track and analyze key metrics including followers, reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Generate insights to improve content performance and audience growth.

Influencer & Brand Collaborations

• Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and industry voices.
• Build partnerships with brands and platforms for cross-promotions and campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with design, CRM, marketing, and sales teams to align social media with business goals.
• Support campaigns related to customer acquisition, hiring, and brand storytelling.

Community Building & Employer Branding

• Engage with audiences and create strong online communities.
• Showcase company culture and position BLive as a great place to work.

Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, social media analytics, and community building.
• Experience working with influencers and brand collaborations.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
• Passion for mobility, sustainability, and startup ecosystems.
