SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Experience: 4-7+ Years

Location:On-site [Candidates from the local region or nearby areas will be preferred]

Employment Type: Full-time

This is a hands-on leadership role the candidate will lead the team but must also step into execution when required.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a results-oriented Social Media Lead to drive strategic social media initiatives for our agency clients. This role combines hands-on execution with team leadershipyou'll develop comprehensive strategies, manage both organic and paid campaigns, lead a talented team, and deliver measurable results across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple clients
  • Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists
  • Manage organic campaigns across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube)
  • Plan and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Oversee content calendars, community management, and brand reputation
  • Track KPIs, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to clients
  • Present strategies and results to clients
  • Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROAS

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in social media marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven track record with organic and paid social campaigns
  • Experience leading/mentoring teams
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent client management and communication
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
  • Portfolio with measurable results

Design: Canva Adobe Creative Suite (basic)

Preferred/Good-to-Have

  • Influencer marketing experience
  • Social commerce and shoppable posts knowledge
  • Experience with in house shoot team
  • Video editing skills
  • SEO and content marketing understanding
  • Social listening tools experience
