Social Media Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves creating and implementing social media marketing strategies, optimizing social media channels, and developing engaging content to enhance the company's online presence. You will also monitor performance metrics, engage with audiences across platforms, and collaborate with teams to align social media activities with business goals. Some tasks can be completed remotely, offering flexibility in the work environment.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Writing and Communication skills
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate social media metrics and trends
• Creativity and familiarity with social media tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in managing multiple social media accounts is a plus
• Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment with strong time-management skills
