Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Guwahati for the position of Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, planning, and managing content across various social media platforms. Daily tasks include developing and implementing social media strategies, optimizing posts for increased engagement, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with teams to align social media efforts with company goals. The manager will also interact with online communities to engage users and boost brand presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Strong Communication skills and experience in building engagement with social communities
• Ability to develop effective Content Strategies and Writing tailored for diverse platforms
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for branding and audience engagement
• Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
• Knowledge of business or software tools and the ability to stay updated with social media trends
