Role Description

Bharat Growth Agency is seeking a passionate and skilled Social Media Manager for a full-time on-site role in Nagpur. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies, manage platforms, and create engaging content for clients and in-house purposes. Responsibilities include analyzing social media metrics, optimizing performance, and maintaining consistent brand presence across channels.

Additionally, the role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to design campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive brand engagement.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Video Content
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience creating and implementing effective Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance across social platforms
• Familiarity with new-age industries such as AI, Crypto, or Gaming is a plus
• Critical thinking, creativity, and client interaction capabilities
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
