We work with startups, growing brands, and established companies, and we're looking for someone who can own social media like it's their playground.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan and execute social media strategies that actually drive engagement, leads, and brand recall
- Create & oversee content across Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. (reels, stories, posts, the full mix)
- Manage and scale paid ads campaigns (Meta + others). This is a must
- Work on campaigns, launches, contests, and collaborations
- Track performance (insights, analytics, KPIs) and turn data into smart decisions
- Build and manage influencer collaborations end-to-end
- Work closely with our internal team to align content with the overall brand strategy
- Stay on top of trends and know which ones are worth jumping on!
What We're Looking For:
- 34 years of hands-on experience in social media + influencer marketing
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced setup
- Strong understanding of content, algorithms, and what performs
- Paid ads experience (Meta Ads is non-negotiable)
- Comfortable being on camera / directing content when needed
- Good eye for design (Canva/Photoshop knowledge is a big plus)
- Someone proactive, fast-moving, and idea-driven
Bonus if you:
- Have handled multiple client accounts
- Can balance strategy + execution without hand-holding
- Understand both creative storytelling and performance marketing
