Role Description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The role involves managing social media accounts, crafting engaging content for multiple platforms, developing and executing content strategies, optimizing social media presence through innovative techniques, and fostering community engagement. The Social Media Manager will play an integral role in shaping Alfaseyera's online presence and driving impactful audience interactions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust tactics for engagement growth
• Familiarity with design-focused industries or creative fields is a plus
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Proficiency with video editing on Capcut, Adobe premiere pro
• Proficiency in after effects is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
