Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and manage our brand presence across all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategy, execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization of social media initiatives while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), Pinterest, and other relevant channels.

Plan, create, and execute content calendars and campaigns, ensuring platform-specific optimization.

Use social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar tools for scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content.

Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments/messages, and actively manage online communities to enhance engagement and brand reputation.

Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other platform analytics.

Conduct regular competitor analysis and market benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.

Research emerging social media trends, formats, tools, and best practices to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

Conceptualize and create compelling ad copies, creatives, and campaign ideas for organic and paid social media initiatives.

Recommend and implement performance improvements based on data-driven insights.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Design, Content, Sales, and HR to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns.

Take complete ownership of social media deliverables, timelines, and overall performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools.

Excellent content planning, communication, and coordination skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills

Experience handling paid social media campaigns.

Exposure to employer branding or B2B social media is a plus.

Basic understanding of performance marketing and lead generation.
