Social Media Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our social media strategies. This full-time on-site role, based in Delhi, involves managing social media channels, crafting engaging content, optimizing social media performance, and developing innovative campaigns to enhance brand presence. The Social Media Manager will also engage with audiences, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify our communication goals in alignment with Aakhya India's mission.

Qualifications

Strongwriting skills, creativity in content creation, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences are crucial for success in this role. Ability to create succinct and crisp content up to latest social media trends.

Expereince in Political Social Media is Mandatory

Exceptional research skills, including the ability to find new sources of information (e.g., data points) to support written content.

Exceptional time-management skills; including the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands on your time

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating tasks, deadlines, and resources effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and marketers, to execute campaigns and initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships and networks with others

A Master's degree is required, preferably in a relevant discipline from a reputed institute (Political Science, International Relations, Mass Communication)

Comfortable working in ambiguous environments; self-starter that can use good judgment and resourcefulness to take action in the absence of clear guidance; ability to manage up to ensure you get what you need to be effective.
