This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager specializing in politics, based in Noida. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing social media strategies, managing and optimizing social media platforms, and creating compelling content tailored for political engagement. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scheduling posts, monitoring metrics, engaging with audiences, and staying updated with political trends to ensure relevance and impact. The role also requires a strong emphasis on collaboration with internal teams to align content strategies with broader campaign efforts.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to enhance visibility and engagement
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills for crafting clear and impactful messages
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
• Strong understanding of political landscapes and the ability to align messaging with current trends
• Capability to analyze social media metrics and derive actionable insights
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• Prior experience in social media management for political campaigns is a plus
