Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will plan, implement, and optimize social media strategies, create engaging content, oversee social media calendars, and analyze campaign performance. Additional responsibilities include fostering audience engagement, staying updated on social media trends, and collaborating with team members to align strategies with broader marketing goals. The ideal candidate will also monitor analytics to refine strategies and maximize overall impact.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze data and optimize strategies for better performance
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging and compelling content
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing is an advantage
