Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role located in Bengaluru. The role involves planning and executing social media strategies across various platforms, curating and publishing engaging content, and optimizing social media profiles for maximum visibility and reach. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the content and marketing teams to develop strategic campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering community engagement through effective communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and understanding of platform-specific best practices
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
- Analytical mindset for interpreting metrics and refining strategies
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools and visual content creation is a plus
- Knowledge of emerging social media trends and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
