Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple social media accounts/handles/channels, ensuring consistent brand presence across platforms.
Schedule, publish, and update content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Coordinate seamlessly with the content curation team, design team, and advertising team to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliverables.
Monitor and moderate posts, comments, tags, DMs, and community interactions acting as a gatekeeper to maintain brand safety and reputation.
Track platform-specific nuances, including hashtags, trends, formats, best posting times, and algorithm updates to maximize reach and engagement.
Generate weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, growth trends, campaign results, and improvement opportunities.
Stay updated on the latest social media features, tools, and trends to enhance overall assets performance.
