Responsibilities
• Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Track trends and produce relevant, high-performing content
• Manage daily posting and audience engagement
• Analyze performance and optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketing teams for content production
• Handle audience interactions, comments, and messages in a timely manner
• Execute campaigns, collaborations, and promotions
Qualifications
• Any degree
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
