Oversee and drive the overall digital strategy to enhance online engagement, leading digital content specialization across writing, creation, and design, while ensuring timely execution through structured content calendars and implementation schedules.
Ensure brand consistency in social media marketing working alongside various departments, including advertising, sales, product development, and brand management
Be responsible for all regular (and ad hoc) reporting and analysis of digital activity providing crucial insights into further sales and marketing opportunities, and effectively communicating this to respective stakeholders
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
Use digital analytics and metrics software to design post-evaluation decks
Constant engagement with digital influencers
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate with 8-12 yrs of experience as Social Media Manager/Lead
Advanced Visual Shooting and Editing: Expert in Premiere Pro/Resolve, specifically for 9:16 vertical storytelling
AI-Native Content: Proficient in AI suites (Midjourney, Runway, Descript and others t) to generate cinematic visuals and trailers
Data-Driven Creative: Ability to use platform analytics (CTR, retention, shareability) to constantly refine content pillars
Community building: Engaging and building storytelling community, using them to evangelise the brand
