Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience in building and scaling internal communities using enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Viva Engage, intranet ecosystems, and collaboration tools, driving sustained participation, dialogue, and knowledge‑sharing across diverse employee groups.
  • Proven ability to design and manage community‑led internal communications, including content strategy, moderation frameworks, governance models, and measurement of engagement and adoption.
  • Strong experience in conceptualising and delivering high‑impact internal events—such as global townhalls, leadership forums, watch parties, innovation showcases, and milestone celebrations—ensuring consistent narrative, strong employee experience, and alignment to business priorities.
  • Ability to integrate events with digital platforms, extending their life beyond the live moment through post‑event storytelling, community conversations, highlights, and on‑demand content within platforms like Viva Engage and SharePoint.
  • Strategic outlook to scale internal communications and employer brand by anchoring storytelling around milestone moments—including employee tenure, leadership transitions, promotions, recognition programs, innovation launches, and cultural moments.
  • Experience crafting people‑first, culture‑led narratives that strengthen belonging, pride, and advocacy, while reinforcing EXL's positioning as a data‑ and AI‑led organization.
  • Proven capability to translate platform launches and enterprise initiatives (e.g., Viva Engage) into meaningful behavior change, working closely with leaders, HR, and event owners to drive adoption and participation.
  • Strong ability to evolve internal communications from information dissemination to experience‑led engagement, combining digital communities, live moments, and storytelling to support long‑term culture and employer brand objectives.
  • Internal Campaign Support

    • Turn communication objectives into compelling, easy to understand visual designs.

    • Partner with team to craft strong visual narratives for employee engagement, culture initiatives, leadership communication.

    Digital & Multimedia

    • Design visually strong email templates, intranet and digital screen graphics, assets for employee engagement platforms, and PowerPoint presentations.

    • Create videos, motion graphics, and animations for internal storytelling.

    Collaboration & Process Management

    • Collaborate with team members, project leads, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high quality assets on time.

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

    • Provide design guidance and support to internal teams as needed.

    Measurement & Continuous Improvement

    • Translate insights into actionable improvements in strategy and delivery.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify information and create clear, engaging short format content.

    • A proactive, hands on approach with the ability to execute quickly and adapt in a fast paced, evolving environment.

    • Collaborates effectively across teams and contributes fresh ideas without needing formal authority.

    • Strong storytelling and content creation instincts, with enthusiasm for experimenting with new and creative visual led formats.

    • Emotional balance and resilience to juggle multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and shifting expectations.

    • High professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity when handling internal communications.

    • Ability to build positive working relationships and connect well with stakeholders.

    • Willingness to work in shifts to support global collaboration and time critical communication needs.

    Qualifications-

    • 8–11 years of experience in a marketing, branding or communications department,ideally in a global enterprise (B2B services or digital/tech experience preferred)

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and video tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.

    • Excellent communication, collaboration, creativity, and end to end ownership.

    • Demonstrated openness to learning new tools, design technologies, and content formats.

    • Bachelor's degree in design, Multimedia, Communications, or related field
