Key Responsibilities:
Internal Campaign Support
• Turn communication objectives into compelling, easy to understand visual designs.
• Partner with team to craft strong visual narratives for employee engagement, culture initiatives, leadership communication.
Digital & Multimedia
• Design visually strong email templates, intranet and digital screen graphics, assets for employee engagement platforms, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Create videos, motion graphics, and animations for internal storytelling.
Collaboration & Process Management
• Collaborate with team members, project leads, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high quality assets on time.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Provide design guidance and support to internal teams as needed.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
• Translate insights into actionable improvements in strategy and delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify information and create clear, engaging short format content.
• A proactive, hands on approach with the ability to execute quickly and adapt in a fast paced, evolving environment.
• Collaborates effectively across teams and contributes fresh ideas without needing formal authority.
• Strong storytelling and content creation instincts, with enthusiasm for experimenting with new and creative visual led formats.
• Emotional balance and resilience to juggle multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and shifting expectations.
• High professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity when handling internal communications.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and connect well with stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in shifts to support global collaboration and time critical communication needs.
Qualifications-
• 8–11 years of experience in a marketing, branding or communications department,ideally in a global enterprise (B2B services or digital/tech experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and video tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, creativity, and end to end ownership.
• Demonstrated openness to learning new tools, design technologies, and content formats.
• Bachelor's degree in design, Multimedia, Communications, or related field
