Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Intern role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Social Media Intern will assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms, monitor social media analytics, and respond to audience interactions. They will contribute to brainstorming sessions, assist with executing social media strategies, and help with research to identify trends and opportunities. The intern will also support creative projects, such as designing graphics and coordinating campaigns to expand digital engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Management, including content creation for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Skills in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Social Media Analytics and data interpretation for performance tracking and optimization.
• Strong Research and Creativity skills to generate innovative ideas and identify social media trends.
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills to produce compelling and brand-aligned posts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly.
• Preferred: Knowledge of online marketing strategies or experience in related fields is a plus.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is advantageous.
