You'll be embedded in real client projects from Day 1—no coffee runs, just meaningful work.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and schedule platform-optimized content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Monitor analytics dashboards to track engagement, CTR, and follower growth; flag trends and suggest optimizations.
- Assist in designing Reels, carousels, and stories using Canva or CapCut—no design degree needed, just pixel sense.
- Engage with audiences: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with brand-aligned tone and speed.
- Support campaign ideation: research viral hooks, meme formats, and competitor playbooks for weekly strategy sprints.
- Compile weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations for the social lead.
