About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Intern to support our LinkedIn and Instagram presence through content creation, trend research, and audience engagement. You'll work on posts, carousels, reels, stories, and creatives, while gaining hands-on experience in content planning and social media marketing. Ideal for a creative, curious, and proactive student or recent graduate with an interest in social media and content.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and growing the company's social media presence with a stronger focus on LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content including posts, captions, carousels, reels, stories, and creatives.
• Research trends, industry topics, competitors, and audience interests to generate content ideas.
• Plan and maintain the social media content calendar.
• Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and build relevant online communities.
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
• Repurpose blogs, events, company updates, and other content across platforms.
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and platform best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and content initiatives.
• Knowledge or interest in the agriculture sector will be an added advantage.

Skills: Strong writing and communication, creativity, research skills, familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms, and basic design knowledge.
