Position: Social Media Intern

Location: New Delhi Okhla Phase 1

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various social media

channels, including text, image, and video content.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and contribute creative

ideas for social media campaigns.

2. Social Media Monitoring:

Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and industry trends.

Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and

professional manner, under the guidance of the Social Media Manager.

3. Community Engagement:

Foster positive interactions within the online community by actively

engaging with followers.

Assist in developing and executing strategies to grow the social media

audience.

4. Research:

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging

social media platforms.

Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

Learn to use analytics tools to track and report on social media

performance.

Work with the team to analyze data and provide recommendations for

optimization.

6. Creative Collaboration:

Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing

and cohesive social media content.

Contribute ideas for creative campaigns and initiatives.

7. Learning and Development:

Stay updated on social media trends, platform features, and best practices.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance social media

marketing skills.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, or a

related field.

Basic understanding of social media platforms and their functionality.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Creative thinking and a passion for social media marketing.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.

Enthusiastic and eager to learn about social media strategy and execution.
