Role Description This is an on-site Social Media Intern role based in Jaipur. The intern will support day-to-day social media activities, including creating posts, stories, and short-form content tailored to different platforms. Responsibilities include assisting with content calendars, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages under guidance. The intern will help research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity, and contribute ideas for campaigns that align with brand guidelines. This internship role also involves collaborating with designers and marketers, preparing basic performance reports, and learning how integrated digital and social strategies work together.
Qualifications

• Social media skills, including Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation across major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels).
• Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing concepts, such as audience targeting, brand positioning, and campaign objectives.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to adapt tone and style to different brands and audiences.
• Basic familiarity with content and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or similar), and interest in learning analytics tools for social media performance.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage time effectively, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate in a diverse, inclusive team environment.
• Curiosity about social media trends, influencer culture, and storytelling, with a proactive approach to proposing ideas and learning new skills.
