About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our digital presence end-to-end. This role requires someone who understands the influencer ecosystem, stays updated with trends, and actively contributes to content and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Primebook's social media handles end-to-end (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
  • Schedule and publish content consistently
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and creators
  • Coordinate with production agencies for content shoots, ensuring timelines, quality, and brand alignment
  • Brief agencies clearly and ensure output matches expectations
  • Stay updated with social media trends and implement them quickly
  • Actively contribute content ideas aligned with brand goals
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams for execution
  • Ensure high-quality output with speed and consistency

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem and creator landscape
  • Someone who actively and deeply consumes social media content across platforms and naturally stays ahead of trends
  • Hands-on experience in managing social media accounts
  • Experience working with external agencies or production teams
  • Ability to brief, manage, and extract quality output from agencies
  • Ability to think creatively and suggest content ideas proactively
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Fast execution mindset with attention to quality

Bonus (Good to Have)

  • Experience working with consumer tech brands
  • Familiarity with Gen Z content trends and formats
  • Exposure to performance marketing or growth experiments
