About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our digital presence end-to-end. This role requires someone who understands the influencer ecosystem, stays updated with trends, and actively contributes to content and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Primebook's social media handles end-to-end (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
- Schedule and publish content consistently
- Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and creators
- Coordinate with production agencies for content shoots, ensuring timelines, quality, and brand alignment
- Brief agencies clearly and ensure output matches expectations
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement them quickly
- Actively contribute content ideas aligned with brand goals
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams for execution
- Ensure high-quality output with speed and consistency
What We're Looking For:
- Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem and creator landscape
- Someone who actively and deeply consumes social media content across platforms and naturally stays ahead of trends
- Hands-on experience in managing social media accounts
- Experience working with external agencies or production teams
- Ability to brief, manage, and extract quality output from agencies
- Ability to think creatively and suggest content ideas proactively
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Fast execution mindset with attention to quality
Bonus (Good to Have):
- Experience working with consumer tech brands
- Familiarity with Gen Z content trends and formats
- Exposure to performance marketing or growth experiments
