About the Role

We're not looking for someone who posts content.

We want someone who **builds attention, drives engagement, and grows accounts like a machine.

You'll handle multiple client accounts across X (Twitter) and Instagram, turning them into high-performing, high-conversion brands.

What You'll Do

* Run and grow client accounts on Instagram** & X

* Create high-performing content (hooks, captions, threads, reels, carousels)

* Identify trends early and jump on them before they peak

* Write scroll-stopping hooks that increase CTR and engagement

* Build content calendars that actually convert (not just look pretty)

* Engage with audiences (comments, DMs, communities) like a real human

* Analyze performance and double down on what works

* Collaborate with design & video teams for viral-ready creatives

Who You Are

* You live on Instagram & X (not casually — obsessively)

* You understand algorithms, virality, and internet culture

* You can write content that feels native, sharp, and addictive

* You've grown at least one account (yours or client) significantly

* You think in hooks, trends, and engagement loops

* You don't wait for instructions - you ship fast and iterate faster

Bonus Points

* Experience with meme marketing & trend hijacking

* Understanding of personal branding / founder-led content

* Basic knowledge of ads + organic synergy

* Experience with tools like Notion, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Suite
