Role Overview: -
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and growth-oriented Social Media Expert who can
strategically plan, manage, and grow our presence across all social media platforms. This role goes beyond posting contentit demands
strategic planning, consistent execution, daily community management, trend insight, performance tracking, and a passion for building a strong, recognizable brand image online.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Content Planning
- Create monthly and weekly content calendars for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X), Facebook, and more
- Ensure content reflects brand goals, product updates, campaigns, and audience interests
- Content Writing
- Write high-quality captions, hooks, post descriptions, and basic scripts
- Maintain a consistent brand tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms
- Active Page Management
- Manage and operate all company social media pages daily
- Handle posting, engagement, comment replies, DMs, and community conversations
- Build and nurture an active and engaged online community
- Platform Strategy
- Understand platform-specific algorithms, best practices, and content formats
- Plan and optimize content to maximize reach, engagement, and organic growth
- Trend & Market Monitoring
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, audios, features, and competitor activity
- Identify opportunities for new content types and growth experiments
- Performance Tracking
- Measure key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance
- Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve social strategy
Required Skills: -
- Strong content planning and execution abilities
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple social platforms and accounts
- Good grip of Reels, Carousels, and short-form video content
- Creative mind-set with ownership, consistency, and accountability
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience Requirement: -
- 24 years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Manager / Specialist / Executive
Good to Have: -
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other visual design tools
- Experience working with SaaS, tech, product, or B2B brands
