Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize social media strategies across platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and up-to-date with trends, reels, and platform algorithms. Immediate joiners only.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage social media content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and captions aligned with brand tone
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
- Grow social media presence organically (followers, reach, engagement)
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams
- Track performance using insights & analytics tools
- Optimize content based on performance data
- Manage comments, DMs, and community engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Hands-on experience with Reels, short-form video & trending content
- Good understanding of social media algorithms
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva
- Basic knowledge of content analytics & reporting
- Excellent communication & caption-writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic understanding of paid ads
- Influencer coordination experience
