Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Expert, and the position is based in Lucknow. The Social Media Expert will be responsible for creating, planning, and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, interacting with followers, and developing campaigns to engage the audience and drive traffic to the business. Collaboration with the marketing and content teams will also be integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Management, Social Media Strategy, and Content Creation.
• Competency in tools and platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Skills in analyzing social media metrics, reporting, and implementing data-driven improvements.
• Creativity and expertise in designing visually appealing and engaging content.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with audiences and working collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
