Role Overview
We are looking for someone who lives and breathes Instagram 1- 2 years of experience in social media/content creation. From Reels to Stories, you know what works, why it works, and how to make people stop scrolling.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Instagram-first content (Reels, Stories, Carousels)
- Shoot and appear in short-form videos as the face of content
- Write hooks, captions, and scripts optimized for engagement
- Stay on top of trends, audios, and formats and act fast
- Track performance (views, saves, shares) and iterate
Requirements
- Fluent in English & Hindi + Assamese or Marathi
- Strong on-camera presence (confident, natural, relatable)
- Hands-on with shooting via phone + basic editing
- Deep understanding of Reels algorithm & trends
