You'll work with operators who have:

• Invested in billion-dollar companies

• Scaled fan-engagement platforms used by millions

• Influenced national crypto policy

We move fast, think big, and execute even bigger.

What You'll Do (Your Ownership)

You will set the tone for how the world sees and feels VibeSquad. You'll build our brand presence, spark conversations, and create content people genuinely want to share.

• Create scroll-stopping content marketing: posts, memes, reels, threads

• Own Instagram Marketing, Twitter/X Marketing, and LinkedIn growth

• Experiment with TikTok/YouTube Shorts

• Lead community building — DMs, comments, real conversations

• Spot cultural trends early and make them VibeSquad moments

• Work with designers and creators to deliver killer visuals

• Drive event-led and partnership-based campaign management

• Use social media analytics to measure, optimize, and scale performance

Bonus: Experience with SEO, SMO, or Paid Social Advertising is a plus.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications & Skills)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related

• 2+ years in digital marketing or social media marketing

• Exceptional written and spoken English

• Ability to craft powerful brand communication

• Self-starter attitude — strong ownership and project management

• A creative spark backed by a data-driven mindset

• Passion for culture, creators, trends, and consumer brands

• Hunger to grow fast in a fast-growing consumer brand environment

 Compensation: INR 6,00,000 – 7,80,000 + ESOPs worth ₹1.2–3.6 lakh (0.0012–0.0048%)
