Role: Social Media Executive

Department: Marketing

Location: Goregaon West (100% Work from Office)

Reports to: Head of Content & Communications

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day social media activities across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, aligned with the overall brand strategy.
  • Support growth, engagement, and reach by tracking basic KPIs and reporting performance regularly.
  • Assist in planning and publishing a varied content mixIP-led, campaign-based, and trend-drivenacross video, static, and long-form formats.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social platforms.
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, creators, and internal teams to deliver high-quality content on time.
  • Monitor analytics and platform insights to help optimize content performance and audience engagement.
  • Support integrated campaigns by coordinating organic posts with paid media, influencer content, and PR activities.
  • Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and basic community management (comments, DMs, engagement).
  • Track social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity, and share insights with the team.
  • Assist with on-ground shoots, BTS content, and basic on-camera participation when required.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- 13 years of experience in social media, digital content, or community management (brand, agency, or startup).

- Hands-on experience managing Instagram; familiarity with YouTube, LinkedIn, or TikTok is a strong plus.

- Understanding of short-form video (Reels, Shorts) and basic long-form video formats.

- Good storytelling ability and content sensibility knowing what works on which platform and why.

- Basic proficiency with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics).

- Strong organizational and execution skills ability to manage multiple posts, platforms, and timelines.

- Comfortable working with creators, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

- Awareness of current social media trends, memes, creator culture, and platform best practices.

- Willingness to appear on camera occasionally for brand content, BTS, or social-first storytelling.

- Clear communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
