Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own day‑to‑day execution: schedule/publish posts; maintain hygiene on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Support monthly content strategy: translate campaign objectives into platform‑wise content plans and calendars
  • Campaign ideation: propose hooks, reels ideas, contests, and creator/UGC angles aligned to brand goals.
  • Publishing and Scheduling the posts on different platforms
  •   Ad‑copy support: write crisp ad headlines, primary text, and descriptions for Meta; assist with Google Ads copy extensions.
  •  Reporting & insights: track KPIs (reach, engagement rate, CTR, saves, clicks, leads); build weekly and monthly reports with clear takeaways.
  • Measure & optimize: suggest A/B tests for creatives, captions, hashtags, posting times, and landing pages.
  • AI & tools: explore and responsibly use AI for copy first‑drafts, post variants, and basic analysis; document learnings.
  • Collaboration: brief designers with sharp, single‑minded messages; coordinate with performance marketing on objectives (CPC/CPL/CPI).
  • Community management: respond to DMs/comments, escalate issues, and protect brand tone and response SLAs.
  •  Platform hygiene: keep bios, highlights, tags, CTAs, and link‑in‑bio updated; ensure asset naming and UTM conventions are followed.
  •  Social listening & benchmarking: track competitors, trends, and relevant audios; share quick win opportunities in the weekly huddle.
  • Basic SEO/SMO: optimize captions, alt text, and metadata; ensure keyword‑aligned copy where relevant.
  • Quality control: run pre‑publish QA (spellcheck, logo usage, brand colors, dimensions, safe zones, policy compliance).
  •  Governance: maintain content tracker, asset library, and version control; log experiments and results.
  • Must‑have skills: strong written communication, attention to detail, platform know‑how, comfort with spreadsheets/Docs, and an analytical mindset.
  • Nice‑to‑have: basic design skills (Canva/Figma), familiarity with Meta Business Suite/Hootsuite/Buffer, and beginner‑level Google Analytics
