Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce & Social Media Executive who can manage online sales operations, customer interactions, and build a strong digital presence for our brand. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of social media management, along with experience in marketplace listings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and process website orders efficiently
- Coordinate with customers via calls/messages for order confirmation, queries, and support
- Can List and manage products on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
- Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute social media content calendars and posting schedules
- Create engaging content ideas (reels, posts, stories) to increase reach and engagement
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interaction on social media
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and improve strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, offers, and campaigns
Required Skills:
- 3-4 years of experience required
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in social media management (mandatory)
- Proven ability to grow and manage Instagram and Facebook pages
- Good understanding of content strategy, trends, and audience engagement
- Experience in e-commerce platforms and marketplace listing
- Good communication skills (English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Analytical mindset to track and improve performance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in D2C or e-commerce brands
- Familiarity with Shopify and marketplace seller panels
- Basic understanding of content creation (reels, captions, trending formats)
