Social Media Executive

About the Role

Digital Orix is looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive who has prior experience working in a digital marketing agency and managing multiple industries/niches.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling clients, managing a small team, coordinating shoots, and bringing innovative content ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for multiple clients across different industries
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand strategies
• Handle client communication, reporting, and feedback implementation
• Lead and coordinate with designers, editors, and interns
• Ideate innovative campaign concepts, reels, and trend-based content
• Plan and assist in shoot execution (reels, brand videos, product shoots)
• Write captions and ensure brand voice consistency
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions)
• Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive (agency background preferred)
• Experience handling multiple industries or niches
• Strong client-handling and communication skills
• Experience managing or guiding a team
• Hands-on involvement in shoots and creative direction
• Ability to suggest innovative and trend-driven content ideas
• Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and short-form content strategy
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing coordination

Preferred

• Experience in influencer coordination
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and analytics tools
• Basic understanding of ad creatives and performance-driven content
