About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Designer & Ads Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in designing social media creatives, editing reels, and assisting with digital advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Design engaging social media posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand guidelines.
- Edit short-form videos with transitions, captions, and trending audio.
- Assist in creating monthly content calendars and concept planning.
- Help set up and manage Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and provide basic reporting.
- Stay updated with platform trends, design styles, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to execute content and campaign requirements.
Required Skills- Proficiency in Canva; basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Understanding of social media design trends and short-form video editing.
- Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager (training will be provided).
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications- 02 years of experience in social media design or digital marketing.
- Prior hands-on experience with reels or video editing.
- Portfolio of design work (mandatory).
