Social Media Executive

Position Overview:

We're looking for a talented and results-driven Social Media Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should excel in running end-to-end social media campaigns across platforms (paid marketing on Meta is a plus!), possess strong content creation and writing skills, and have a deep understanding of various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Campaign Execution:

• Develop monthly marketing plan for various accounts including content calendars, profile optimisation, paid and content-driven strategies that drive results
• Ability to establish and manage client relationships well
• Work closely with graphic designers to curate visually captivating content in line with brand voice and tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Exhibit expertise in crafting engaging short-form videos & Reels.
• Devise and implement content strategies that align with client objectives and industry trends.
• Conduct thorough social audits to stay abreast of industry dynamics.
• Responsible for ensuring timely posting of content with appropriate sound

Platform Knowledge:

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the latest features and updates across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Remain vigilant about emerging trends and potential opportunities within social media platforms.
• Constantly on the lookout for optimising content to drive optimum results using latest features, trends, etc

Content Writing:

• Develop compelling and persuasive copy for social media posts, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
• Comfortable in adapting with brand's tone of voice to develop written content that resonates with their target audience

Paid Marketing:

• Proficiently manage Meta Business Suite.
• Being able to conceptualise and execute paid marketing initiatives on Facebook and Instagram to bolster brand awareness, foster lead generation, and drive conversions is a plus!
• Fine-tune campaigns to optimise ROI across varying budget allocations.
• Ability to strategise and execute boosting is a must!

Analytics and KPIs:

• Utilise analytical skills to monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
• Set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.
• Responsible for creation and delivery of month-end performance reports.

Social Media Tools:

• Experience in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable and passionate about leveraging AI tools for work efficiency

Other Requirements:

• Delhi based with ability to work hybrid with a flexible schedule, including half-day Saturdays.
• Proven experience working across and leading multiple accounts - at least 5-6 (simultaneously)
• Demonstrated track record of success in conceiving and executing impactful social media marketing campaigns.
• Experience working cross-functionally and directly with graphic designers and monitoring and providing feedback while managing timelines
• Exceptional communication skills with confidence in client communications
• A natural storyteller with a profound grasp of brand communication & marketing dynamics.
• Excellent in working with deadlines and understanding priorities
• Must be a natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude
• Team player mentality with strong leadership attributes.
• Adaptable & flexible with a positive attitude when working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

**Salary Range:**

INR 4,00,000 - 4,80,000 Annual CTC
