We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media executive to own our brand's presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about content, understands what makes audiences engage, and has working knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and WhatsApp Marketing to support paid campaigns and direct customer engagement alongside organic content.

Requirements

Must-Have

1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand/business

Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, targeting, budgeting)

Familiarity with WhatsApp Business tools for marketing/broadcast use

Strong writing skills and an eye for visual content

Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools

Understanding of social media analytics and reporting

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns

- Write captions, source/create graphics and short-form video content (reels, stories)Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant

- Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and manage community interactions

- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, CTR) and report insights monthly

- Set up, run, and optimize basic Meta Ads campaigns (awareness, engagement, traffic, lead generation)

- Define target audiences, budgets, and ad creatives in coordination with the marketing team
