Social Media Executive

As a Social Media & Content Specialist at SSC, you will play a key role in shaping and executing

impactful digital strategies for clients across the UK and Europe. This role involves managing social

media platforms, optimising content for SEO, and contributing to creative campaigns that strengthen

brand presence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven,

engaging content while supporting website and marketing initiatives.

1. Social Media Management:

Develop and manage Social Media Calendars (SMCs).

Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.

Schedule and post content consistently across all social media platforms.

Monitor, track, and report on social media performance metrics to assess the

effectiveness of strategies.

2. SEO and Content Optimisation:

Implement SEO best practices in social media content to improve visibility and

engagement.

Conduct keyword research to optimize posts for search engines.

Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between SEO strategies and

social media efforts.

Regularly update website content to maintain SEO standards.

3. Market Research:

Perform comprehensive competitor analysis to guide social media strategies.

Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging social media tools, and SEO developments.

Support in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

Contribute to the development of articles, blog posts, and other marketing materials.

4. Creative Campaign Development:

Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative social media campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities for client engagement.

5. Website Support:

Assist in the development, updating, and maintenance of client website.

Ensure web content is optimised for both social media and SEO.

6.Team Collaboration:

Provide day-to-day support to the team to ensure smooth and efficient

operations.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management/marketing or a

related role.

A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and SEO

data.

Branded content and campaign creation experience.

Strong SEO knowledge with experience in optimising content for search engines.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

A degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising.
