Job Description


We are looking for a creative and insight-driven Social Media Executive to strengthen Re'equil's digital presence, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling. This role will focus on managing social media platforms, identifying emerging trends, supporting influencer collaborations, and developing engaging content that enhances brand awareness across digital and campus communities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Assist in managing and growing Re'equil's social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and other digital communities.

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate social media content in alignment with the brand's communication strategy.

  • Monitor audience engagement, comments, and conversations to strengthen community interaction.

Influencer & Creator Coordination

  • Identify and support onboarding of influencers and content creators.

  • Maintain and curate a monthly list of emerging creators and micro-influencers relevant to the brand.

  • Track creator collaborations and coordinate campaign deliverables.

Trend Research & Social Insights

  • Track emerging beauty, skincare, and social media trends across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

  • Prepare weekly trend reports and social insights to support the content and marketing teams.

  • Monitor competitor campaigns and influencer strategies.

Content & Campaign Support

  • Support the development of social-first content ideas and influencer-led campaigns.

  • Assist in creating creative briefs, scripts, and campaign guidelines for creators.

  • Track campaign performance and analyze engagement metrics.

Campus & Community Engagement

  • Identify and connect with college creators, campus communities, and student groups.

  • Support sampling initiatives, micro-events, and creator-led awareness programs.

  • Track and report engagement outcomes from campus activities.

YouTube & Content Insights

  • Research high-performing skincare and lifestyle YouTube creators.

  • Analyze content formats, storytelling styles, and engagement drivers.

  • Share insights to support improvements in Reels, Shorts, and long-form content strategy.



Requirements

Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystem.

  • Interest in skincare, beauty, and digital culture.

  • Strong research, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to identify trends and convert insights into actionable ideas.
