About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive with a strong digital marketing background to manage SOUKMEDIA's & UPCOMING (by SOUKMEDIA) end-to-end social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, copywriting, social media management, and supporting brand storytelling across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end-to-end social media activities across platforms, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Create engaging content including posts, carousels, reels, short videos, and creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
- Write compelling captions, ad copies, blogs, and website content to support brand positioning and campaigns.
- Conceptualise, design, and develop presentations (PPTs) for marketing, sales, and internal use.
- Plan monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting and consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content for campaigns, events, webinars, and company updates.
- Assist in basic video editing and reel creation for social media platforms.
- Monitor social media performance, track engagement metrics, and prepare basic performance reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve reach and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills with attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram for brands.
- Proficiency in creating presentations (PPTs) and visual content.
- Basic experience in video editing and reel creation (tools like Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.).
- Understanding of B2B marketing, branding, and digital storytelling.
- Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
